Marketing Specialist
TREW Marketing has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist. In this role you will work across multiple clients and initiatives—supporting integrated campaigns, developing visual assets, managing tools, and producing content that engages technical audiences and drives measurable results.
This is a fully remote role as part of TREW Marketing, a strategy-first B2B agency focused on engineering and technical industries, where clear communication and strong execution are critical to helping clients succeed in complex markets.
Core Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, website, paid and earned media)
- Build and manage campaign assets such as landing pages, emails, and ads
- Support digital advertising execution and optimization (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
- Publish and promote content across platforms
Design & Visual Content
- Create visual assets including social graphics, presentations, infographics, ads, and campaign creative
- Design within TREW and client brand guidelines to ensure consistency and quality
- Support development of landing pages, marketing collateral, and campaign assets
- Produce and edit video content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and web
Content Development
- Develop and refine marketing content including articles, case studies, emails, and ad copy
- Translate complex technical topics into clear, engaging marketing assets
- Collaborate with strategists and SMEs to ensure accuracy and alignment
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Pull and compile marketing performance data across campaigns and channels
- Track key metrics including traffic, engagement, conversions, and lead generation
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in tools like HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Support monthly and quarterly client reporting by organizing and summarizing results
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms
Marketing Technology & Tools
- Execute work within marketing platforms and tools, including:
- HubSpot (email, landing pages, workflows, CRM, reporting dashboards)
- Google Analytics (GA4) and website analytics tools
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager & Google Ads
- Design Tools Canva / Adobe InDesign / Illustrator
- Video tools Canva/Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar
- WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Project Management Trello
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and output quality
Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines across clients and internal initiatives
- Work within project management systems to track tasks and progress
- Collaborate closely with strategists, account managers, and specialists in a remote environment
- Communicate proactively to ensure alignment and on-time delivery

- You will execute against established marketing strategies and campaign plans
- Your day-to-day includes a mix of design, video, campaign execution, content development, reporting, and coordination
- Some days require deep focus; others require quick-turn execution—adaptability is key
- Success depends on organization, ownership, and strong communication across the team

The Ideal Candidate
- 3–6 years of experience in B2B or agency marketing
- Strong design skills and visual eye (portfolio required)
- Experience executing across digital channels (social, email, paid)
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging marketing content across formats (emails, ads, web, social)
- Experience pulling and organizing marketing performance data
- Comfortable working with marketing tools and learning new technologies
- Highly organized, self-directed, and able to manage multiple projects
- Interest in technical industries and ability to learn complex topics quickly
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience and skill set
