Morgan Norris
VICE PRESIDENT OF MARKETING
As Vice President of Marketing, Morgan leads TREW’s messaging, PR, and executive thought leadership initiatives, helping technical companies explain what they do and why it matters, and understand how to communicate it clearly to the people they need to reach.
Since joining TREW in 2010, Morgan has helped clients across industrial, manufacturing, engineering, and technology-driven industries turn complex expertise into clear, useful marketing. She finds the story inside a lot of inputs — technical details, stakeholder perspectives, customer research, competitive pressure, and business goals — and shapes it into messaging that aligns teams and supports growth.
Morgan is especially drawn to companies with long sales cycles, complex buying committees, and offerings that are hard to explain. Much of her work involves bringing together groups of executives and deeply technical subject matter experts, helping them align around a shared understanding of their market, customers, and value. Her work helps leaders make decisions, gives sales and marketing teams a shared foundation, and helps technical experts communicate confidently.
Morgan holds degrees in public relations and Spanish, with a minor in business, from The University of Texas at Austin. She grew up partly in the UK and now lives in Austin with her husband and three kids after five years in Washington, D.C. She believes wholeheartedly in the serial comma, loves hosting parties, enjoys running her dog, Charlie (Chuck Norris), and can make a chocolate chip cookie that will win over almost anyone.
