As an Account Manager, Kara partners with industrial and technical companies to align marketing strategy with business goals, helping clients navigate strategic initiatives with confidence while delivering projects with clarity, collaboration, and measurable results. 

Since joining TREW in 2022, Kara has become a trusted advisor for clients tackling website strategy, HubSpot implementations, CRM optimization, sales enablement, and marketing operations. She has a talent for connecting the dots between business objectives, marketing technology, and customer experience —bringing structure to complex challenges and helping teams build scalable processes that support long-term growth. 

With a background spanning more than ten years in B2B marketing, Kara combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical expertise. Whether she's leading a website redesign, developing a CRM strategy, or helping clients improve lead management and reporting, she focuses on creating practical solutions that enable marketing and sales teams to work more effectively together. 

Kara earned her bachelor's degree in Business Marketing with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Purdue University Northwest. She lives in Northwest Indiana with her husband, Fred, their dog Winnie, and two bonus kids. 

Outside of work, Kara enjoys thrifting, traveling, tackling home improvement projects, exploring new wineries and distilleries, and, most of all, spending time with her family and friends.
