Erin Moore

VICE PRESIDENT OF ACCOUNT SERVICES

 

As Vice President of Account Services, Erin oversees service delivery across the agency, partnering with account teams and clients to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with business goals, executed well, and centered on a strong client experience. 
 
Since joining TREW in 2017, Erin has become a trusted partner to clients navigating complex technical marketing challenges. She has a gift for taking in a lot of information — from hundreds of webpages to detailed product lines, stakeholder input, and business goals — and turning it into a focused, prioritized plan. She understands technical detail, but she also knows when to zoom out, help leaders make decisions, and keep the work moving. Her experience leading complex marketing initiatives has made her a trusted advisor to clients across industrial and technical industries. 
 
In her leadership role, Erin focuses on building strong account teams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring TREW continues to deliver marketing programs that are thoughtful, well-run, and connected to what clients are trying to achieve. 
 
Erin holds a B.S. in public relations with a minor in anthropology from the University of Florida. She lives in Austin, TX, with her husband John and their dogs and cat (Maya, Poppy, Kitsy). In her free time, she enjoys traveling the world (recent favorites include Denmark and Guatemala), volunteering with animals, and rock climbing.
