While most of my time is spent helping engineering business leaders at growth companies develop and execute their brand messaging and marketing plans to drive awareness and demand, many of the same principles we use apply to personal marketing as well. Having served as a management trainer in my past life at National Instruments to many engineering managers, and now as an executive advisor and coach to several CEO's leading TREW client companies, I enjoy the opportunity to share my advice with engineers in hopes it helps them grow their careers.
