Director of Market Research
Andy has more than 20 years of experience as a market research professional, from client-side work at Dell and Compaq to agency leadership serving clients across industries including technology, consumer goods, education and consulting services. Andy has managed qualitative and quantitative market research projects and programs large and small, including global enterprise technology companies, major universities, and retail and white goods clients. In each project, Andy intently listens and seeks to accurately understand the client’s research goals. He starts with the end in mind - what decisions need to be made – and then designs a custom research approach, with specific instruments, to deliver the exact data the client and TREW team need to make critical business and marketing decisions.
When budgets and schedules allow for research, the TREW account teams work with Andy to gain valuable insights that greatly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business and marketing investments. Based on past market research projects, the TREW team has been able to define and guide clients in product and service strategy, competitive market positioning and messaging, marketing channel prioritization, and persona customization for segment campaigns.
Andy has an MBA from the University of Texas and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona. He lives in Austin, TX and is married with two children in high school.
