TREW Marketing is seeking a inbound marketing specialist to join our growing agency in Austin, Texas focused in the B2B science, engineering and technology markets.
In this position, you will plan, project manage and execute diverse digital and inbound lead generation programs for TREW clients. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the areas of content writing, social media management/paid social, HubSpot marketing automation, process development and project management.
Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to jump into a fast-paced, multi-client agency while providing superior project management, working cross-functionally with account managers, and specialists including designers, developers, and writers.

Based in Austin, TX, this is a full-time position requiring home office capabilities. Compensation is commensurate with experience, and includes reimbursable expenses and an optional monthly stipend for health insurance. Most team and client meetings are held in the Austin Metro area as needed – travel may include 2-4 trips per year in the U.S.

In the TREW Marketing Intern position, you will work with agency principals, account management and clients on a variety of marketing projects that help TREW and our clients attract and convert more visitors online.
Responsibilities will focus in the areas of web, content, social, search marketing and marketing automation. Example projects include social media planning and execution; content development such as news releases, case studies and feature articles for blog and web; content creation using inbound tools and best practices; and video creation and promotion.
In this position, you will work both independently as well as with the TREW team to complete projects. The position is virtual and you will be given a great deal of freedom to be creative, and will be held accountable just as other team-members are to deliver smart, high-quality ideas and work. Due to the remote nature, you must have strong communication skills and be comfortable meting regularly over the phone and staying in touch via email.
